Juniper's Garden 14oz

Juniper's Garden is made with 100% all natural soy wax that is paraffin free, which prevents you from inhaling harsh fumes. Our wooden wicks are made with natural material that is non-toxic and biodegradable. Our glass containers are dishwasher safe and reusable (remove the remaining wax after use and thoroughly clean to repourpose our jar).

Juniper's Garden has a net weight of 14 oz.

Please contact our Customer Care team at contact@simplybailsco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc).  

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Simply Bails Co. are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PROCESSING

All orders are usually processed + shipped within 4-9 business days, and only occasionally longer due to the fact that our products are handmade. 

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order is placed!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 3-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination. 

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours to appear once a label has been created.  

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to ship to additional countries shortly!
