The French 75 dates back to 1915, when it's first documented to be created by Harry MacElone at the New York Bar in Paris. This libation, dating back before prohibition, was invented to highlight the herbal notes of juniper berry with the simple addition of freshly squeezed lemon juice and bubbles. Our fragrance blend takes it a step further by substituting the lemon for the more elegant aroma of yuzu and topping with a luxurious splash of champagne.
